Seven Four Garage is a NASCAR content and collectibles channel operated by an individual creator. This notice explains what information we collect from subscribers and visitors, how we use it, and what your rights are. We keep this simple because our operation is simple.
What We Collect
Email Address
When you subscribe to the newsletter. Required to deliver content to your inbox.
Name
Optional. Collected at signup if you choose to provide it — used only for personalization in emails.
Email Engagement Data
Open rates and link clicks within newsletters, collected automatically by our email platform. Used to understand which content is relevant.
Payment Information
If you purchase a paid subscription or make a donation, payment details are processed by Stripe. Seven Four Garage does not store card numbers or payment credentials.
Basic Site Analytics
Page views and general traffic patterns. No personal profiles are built from site visits.
How We Use It
Your email address is used for one purpose: sending you the content you subscribed to. That means race weekend newsletters, standings breakdowns, features, and any other content published through the Seven Four Garage newsletter. We do not sell subscriber data. We do not share it with third parties for marketing purposes.
Engagement data — opens, clicks — helps us understand what's worth writing more of and what isn't. It is not used to build advertising profiles or shared with anyone outside the tools used to operate the newsletter.
Third-Party Services
Seven Four Garage uses the following third-party services to operate. Each has its own privacy policy that governs how they handle data on their end.
Resend
Email delivery for newsletter and transactional messages. Resend processes subscriber email addresses and delivery data.
Stripe
Payment processing for paid subscriptions and donations. Stripe handles all payment credentials — Seven Four Garage never sees or stores your card information.
Data Retention
Subscriber information is retained for as long as your subscription is active. If you unsubscribe, your email address is removed from the active list. If you request complete deletion of your data, we will remove your information from our records within 30 days.
Your Rights
Unsubscribe
Every newsletter includes an unsubscribe link. One click removes you from the mailing list immediately.
Access Your Data
You can request a copy of the information we hold about you at any time.
Request Deletion
You can request that your data be deleted from our records. We will confirm and complete the deletion within 30 days.
Correct Your Information
If any information we hold is inaccurate, you can request that it be corrected.
